one of our mountain designs in the canmore region near calgary. we called this design the "upside down house". because of the orientation of the lot, it allowed for mountain views off the front but only over a large stand of trees. so we decided to put all the bedrooms on the main floor and the living spaces on the upper floor. turned out fantastic.
