This house was completely transformed from a small, painted-brick cottage into this large, modern home. The exterior finish is a mortar wash and the design of the home was done so as to make it look to scale for the neighborhood but also be over 4000 square feet. The house went from a 3 bedroom, 1 bath home to a 4 bedroom, 3 bath room lay out with all of the modern conveniences of a new build – even has a three car garage! This house, and its tastefully done exterior, stops traffic in the street.
