modern with warmth
This adorable little bungalow, went through a major renovation and facelift. The kitchen was gutted and re-designed, new flooring was installed, or re-finished throughout the space, and new furniture, accessories and window treatments completed this awesome Houston Bungalow. We optimized the modern aesthetic with lots of warmth, to make it comfortable and appealing. This project was High design on a tight budget. so we pulled in resources such as Ikea cabinets, and low cost tile for the backsplash but implemented the low cost options in a way that looks totally custom.
