NYC Townhome
Outdoor space in New York City is simply priceless. This area measures about 20' x 60' and was separated into two levels. The lower level is acessed via French doors off of the family room. It consists of a dining and BBQ area. The upper level has a garden along the back wall and a fountain surrounded by seating for relaxation. The flooring and custom stone planter boxes are clad in bluestone and conceal irriation and audio.
