Old Town Lofts
ASL has worked on multiple renovations in the cultural district of Lansing known as Old Town. Our largest project was the rehabilitation of this building that overlooks the Grand River. Great care was taken to accurately restore the brick, stone, and windows. The interior had to be completely removed before converting the street level into office space and inserting multiple open loft apartments with exposed steel trusses and brick walls on the second floor.
