“Through the strategic positioning of sliding glass door openings, the kitchen is socially connected to both seaward and poolside views, yet isn’t a thoroughfare,” explains Toni. “The home chefs are visibly connected to their space and guests, and able to integrate and join in the party with ease.”
With party planning in mind, the back of the kitchen island houses wine, spirits and glassware close to the fridge for mixes, beer and ice.
To make this a truly functional space for all the family, the island is also equipped with USB charging docks and a power supply which is available within pull-out shelves at the back of the island, tidily hidden behind touch-catch panels.
