ORNAMENTI Large Anduze Vase Old Patina

The origins of the iconic Anduze Vase design date back to the 17th century when Anduze potters, perhaps inspired by Italian Medici-style vases ornamented with swags and garlands, decided to create their own pottery version in the Languedoc. Standing in the foothills of the Cévennes, within the historic Languedoc region of France, the village of Anduze has been renowned for its pottery since the 17th century. It is from Anduze that ORNAMENTI has sourced a collection of artisan-made pottery designs, including this Large Anduze Vase. These designs are not designed for the extremes of the British climate and should be considered for interior use only, unless positioned in garden during the summer months only. Ideal for an entranceway or hallway, orangery, conservatory or garden room. Normally available in a range of sizes.
