Park View Spec Home
The original design was for a 4500sf home including a basement. When the soils report showed there was standing water ten feet below grade, we had to go back to the drawing board. The result was a 4 up, 1 down home with an open floor plan and no basement that sold the first week it hit the market in the popular Newlands Neighborhood in North Boulder.
