Pirramimma

Designer: Craig Burton Pirramimma at Wentworth Falls is a contemporary garden that respects the history and heritage of the place. The garden was established over 30 years ago by prominent Blue Mountains nurseryman John Gaibor and actor Reg Livermore. It built upon surviving fabric from the late 19th century when the area was an orchard and productive vegetable garden associated with the former Toll Hotel. The current owner engaged Craig Burton to design a landscape setting that conserves and interprets the garden’s history. Additional land has undergone bush regeneration and provides a complementary contrast between the indigenous elements and exotic character of the garden.
