This property had been rented for a number of years. When it was originally rented it sat on the market for a number of months with no offers. It was a beautiful turn of the century "Grand Old Lady". She just needed a little TLC. We did some basic repairs and painted, replaced flooring where necessary; then staged it with all furniture and accessories in a very traditional theme to highlight the home's beautiful character.
