This Residence was built for Rob Lowe and his wife. Designed as an “English Estate” – Both the Lowes and Monique had the common background of extensively traveling in the English Countryside – including the Cotswolds. The separate travels inspired the design and architecture of this English Estate – overlooking the Pacific in Malibu – the only project known to be featured on the Cover of Architectural Digest after the project was published on the Cover of another Design Magazine – “California Homes” in this case. Oprah Winfrey described this Estate on air as one of the most beautifully designed Estates that she has ever enjoyed seeing.
