SF Downstairs Conversion A
This garage space was converted into a finished living space. It adds usable, cozy, conditioned and enjoyable space to the typical single family home in San Francisco. With the correct approach and understanding of building codes, these conversions add 400-600 square feet, with out building exterior walls and roofing! We usually add a bathroom and a laundry area with a utility sink too.
