Shirehall
The project was for an end-user client, who previous home was on situated in the same street. It was their intention to create a home that improved upon their current house and better suited their lifestyle.
The proposed house is detached, is in a residential area in Hendon and comprises two storeys with additional accommodation at second storey level, set within the new roof space. It replaces a smaller property on the site.
The design approach was to create something that is contemporary and of high architectural merit, whilst also blending into the street scene and relating to its context.
The project came in on time and on budget.
