After showing the upper cabinets to the ceiling andding height to the space. The hood became the focal point over the new gas cook top. The opening to the living room was enlarged a old pine beam added for support and character. . New lighter color yet warm tone granite replaced the dark green granite. The bar was redesigned replacing the angled 2 tier bar to a seamless counter height surface to accomodate seating-function and opened the space.
