Stand Alone Annexe Ashford Kent
The replacement of an existing garage and outbuildings to provide an accessible two bedroom annexe for a multi-generation family with an open plan living area.
Using a vernacular palette of materials and large areas of glazing, the building was oriented towards the outstanding views, whilst maintaining privacy to the main house and neighbours.
Scale and bulk were minimised to reduce visual impact
on the surrounding landscape.
