The transformation of what was an outdated bungalow into a contemporary family home included replacing a detached and little-used garage to provide new living and bedroom accommodation.
Extending and reorganising the house created a new family room and two bedrooms, each with their own en suite bathroom, and a new entrance and outdoor terrace. Timber cladding and white render are sympathetic to the local coastal vernacular and the hard landscaping included the creation of off-road parking spaces.
