Stretch Ceiling Insert

Why would you be afraid to paint a ceiling black? 1. It's hard to paint over. This black high gloss stretch ceiling will never need to be painted over. It's suspended from perimeter tracks and does not touch the original ceiling. It can be installed and removed without affecting the original paint. 2. It will make the room smaller. All of our high gloss finishes visually double the size of the room, but black, the darkest of our over 280 colours, actually maximizes this effect, showing more reflections than lighter colours. 3. It will make the room darker. A high gloss finish counters this effect by reflecting some light back into the room. The effect can also be reduced by choosing a panel like this one rather than covering the entire ceiling from wall to wall (which, however, we are also able to do). 4. Black paint will take many coats to get coverage, and will show flaws in the surface. Not so with black stretch ceiling. It sits perfectly smooth and flat, floating just under one inch away from the previous ceiling surface. One membrane is always enough to achieve a perfect finish in any colour. We perform the installation leaving no dust, mess or fumes, in about 2 hours for a room of this size.
