Textile Artist Provides Unique Backsplash Feature in Kitchen Renovation
The cabinets are white shaker style along the perimeter walls, with a contrasting walnut island. The custom cabinets include a wine glass storage cabinet feature located in the island. Custom pull outs are walnut and include a spice rack and knife block located on either side of the cooktop range for convenient access. The counter tops are gorgeous granite with lots of colour movement that draws upon the colours of the textile art piece. The backsplash behind the cooktop is a textured porcelain tile that coordinates with the granite, and provides an interesting textural contrast to the shaker style cabinetry.
