Third Avenue Historic Renovation
Anteroom for gathering just outside the kitchen, complete with its own fireplace, in historic house built in 1867 in the heart of downtown Franklin, TN. Renovation was by Deer Creek Homes. Floors are 150-year old reclaimed heart pine; and the shoe moulding is from the same wood to match the higher profile. Custom built-ins, mantel and trim were built on-site, and transoms were added over all doors.
