Traditional American Style Home Built in 2008 In Staten Island, N.Y

Built From The Ground up In 2007-2008. This home was built to be the first Energy Star Efficient Home In Staten Island. Built with 1/2 Inch. thick custom Fiber cement siding hand finished and stained, copper vallys, Designer series shingles from GAF, 400 Series Woodwright® Double-Hung Windows, Owens Corning Cultured Stone Finish at the base of the exterior of the home.
