Transitional Kitchen Remodel Done With New Cabinets

When you mix an engineer and an architect (one of the homeowners) on a kitchen design project it really gets down to the tiniest of details from efficiency to aesthetics! This kitchen was designed with meticulous detail with a wonderful couple deciding to make their long-time home into their dream home. We took their rather dated open concept kitchen that didn’t really fit in with the rest of their home and turned it into a sleek and modern dream of a kitchen that has become a showstopper! We worked with our Kitchen Solvers Legacy cabinets to meticulously design the microwave cabinet, especially the microwave base cabinet, and also the trim for the range hood. We worked with a local craftsman to create the perfectly designed wine rack. After removing the closet pantry, we shifted appliances for more efficiency and streamlining the look and flow. And some of the finer details like the end panels creating an inset look, tile to the ceiling behind the floating shelves, and recessed light rail in the bottom floating shelf for that streamlined effect. It really is a showstopper of a kitchen!
