By removing a walk-in pantry, we were able to create a bar with beverage (wine) refrigeration, glass front cabinets for displaying our crystal, install the microwave to get it off the countertop, and still have as much pantry storage as we originally had. The budget was tight, so UltraCraft Vision Venezia cabinets were used, which saved approximately $5000 over painted maple cabinets and we were able to provide the client's favorite granite with the cost savings -- Labrador Antique. It sure doesn't look like a kitchen on a budget!
