Wadhurst, Bespoke Wardrobe and Chest of Drawers
Nordhus Furniture was delighted to design, build, and fit a bespoke wardrobe for this client’s 18th Century house. The brief was for a unit that would fit under the beautiful eaves (which were originally from a ship’s timbers!) The client chose an in frame, shaker style sprayed in Hicks blue with extra hidden storage through a set of concealed doors at the back of the wardrobe. Matching drawers and shelving completed the room. It was a tight space to work in, but our skilled craftsmen took it all in their stride.
