We designed this drapery treatment with a "foldover" top using the coordinating poppy colored fabric that we placed on the bottom
of the panel as well. A tri-colored trim pulls all the colors together. Using individual holders allowed us to keep a clean look while placing them exactly where we wanted- just to frame the windows .
