東京都心に住む子世帯＋仕事場（事務所）と神奈川県郊外に住む親世帯とが、一緒に移り住むために建てた二世帯住宅。
敷地は大きいですが、周囲を山に囲まれた環境から日照時間が短いために、全ての部屋を南に面することを優先させ、東西に細長い形状の住宅です。西を子世帯、東を親世帯として、間には共用の浴室があり、お互いに行き来もできます。
