１階は中央に配置された居間を中心に東側に接客を兼ねた4.5帖の和室、西側に階段を挟んで食堂、北側に洗面所や浴室などの水廻りが配置されています。２階も同様にすべての部屋が居間上部の吹抜空間に面するように東側に寝室、西側に子供室、北側に家族の共用空間である長いカウンターを持ったワークスペースが配置されています。このような空間構成により何処にいても家族の気配を感じる事が出来るような住まいになっています。
