下川産カラマツの床は足触り柔らかく暖かに感じる。ペットにも優しい。腰壁も同じくカラマツ材。
内壁は、土壁を浦河の左官職人、野田さんに施工していただいた。ペレットストーブはオフグリッドソーラーで蓄電した電気が利用可能。災害時にも暖がとれてお湯が沸かせる安心感がある。
