CONSTRUCTION MANAGER IN THE OWNER/BUILDER SCENARIO As Construction Manager in the Owner/Builder scenario, Blackwood provides the project management skills necessary to assist you with constructing your dream home . This relationship allows you to be intimately involved in every detail, or less involved if desired. Our services, in this scenario, are tailored to assist you directly with project decisions regarding design, contracts, and execution of the project. OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVE As Owner's Representative, Blackwood provides guidance and oversight for the Owner, ensuring the Owner's expectations are met. Our services, in this relationship, are tailored to advocating for the Owner, utilizing our construction expertise. With Blackwood's leadership, we help create project team synergy. Typically the Owner contracts directly with various members of the project team, while Blackwood advises on all matters, from conceptual estimating and feasibility analysis through project close-out.
