Brookes + Hill built a complex modern home for our family and did a superb job. It was so well managed it left me wanting to build another house just because the experience was such a pleasure. The project was on budget. Subs were top notch. Site supervision was excellent and project management spectacular. I am very happy with the very quality of the home and superior finishes. We highly recommend them with no reservations.

Brooks + Hill did a spectacular job building a modern home designed by Flavin Architects in Lexington, MA. David Brooks sets a high bar for his team in terms of integrity and superb craftsmanship. They are able to combine old world craftsmanship with the latest in smart home technology. I highly recommend Brooks + Hill to other Architects.
