There were always Legos and Lincoln Logs about. Her father was somewhat of a self taught designer and builder and she soon took to helping him tear down walls and build new additions (usually in a weekend!) After high School Cindy earned a full scholarship to study at New Jersey Institute of Technology's School of Architecture and graduated Summa Cum Laude in 1996 with a Bachelors in Architecture and a minor in Literature. Her senior year she spent studying abroad at the University of Bath in England. Upon her return to the states Cindy worked at a small firm in Morristown gaining invaluable design and business experience. After completing her internship and passing her licensing exams (all 12!) she opened her own firm in the summer of 2002. She lives and works in a bucolic setting of converted barns in picturesque Long Valley, NJ. When not designing buildings for her clients, she is busy renovating her own historic home. She also enjoys perennial gardening, camping with her family, photography and restoring antique Mustangs.
