The renovation went smoothly and according to plan. Even in the recent covid situation, Andy had ensured that works was done and went according to plan. The whole process was done in the right order and systematic in the approach. There were no 2 jobs that overlapped and everything was well organized. Andy was meticulous in checking almost after every work done to ensure that quality was there. There was once even making the tiler redo his tiles. He never failed to update me on the status and pictures. I was constantly updated about my house progress which saves me the trouble of proceeding down to my house every other day to make checks. There were certain things that do not meet the "design" that I wanted in my head and he always gave solutions to problems. Even if there are things to be changed, he proceeded to give advise and if it is practical to be done, Andy will ensure that the work is done. More importantly, he is always in communication with the client and never fails to deliver his promise works. Almost every week, he will be at my place to do inspection which is important for project management. Timeline wise, it is not fair to judge based on current situation. But Entity Conceptworkz take their job very seriously and will deliver as promise. Pricing is reasonable and not in the higher end of the spectrum with outrageous mark ups.

I hired Amy Hong to manage the renovation of my 5-room resale flat. Throughout the renovation process, she promptly followed up with me on the various decisions needed. Handover of the flat was quite on time as we had to vacate our old flat by a certain date. Amy was very helpful in arranging for the touch-ups and minor repairs needed after we've moved into the house. In fact, one year after I've shifted in, when I had some problems and consulted her, she also assisted me.
