We worked with Willowcreek to complete a large scale renovation of a client’s home in the Forest Hill neighbourhood of Toronto. I had not worked with Willowcreek in the past, but they were spoken highly of by a colleague. I recommended to the client that they do their homework and check references and they came back positive. In the end, we had just as good an experience: Willowcreek’s team was collaborative, competent and polite throughout the project. Paul kept my architectural team and the client updated on progress or if any unforeseen issues needed to be approved. The work completed was of high quality and they took the time to ensure the smallest details were done to a high standard. Their workers kept the property clean and organized and they executed the project finishing ahead of schedule and within the planned budget. They even fixed a small issue with neighbours house for free, which I thought was a nice gesture as a large project like this can be disruptive at times. I would highly recommend Willowcreek Contracting to client who require an experienced builder.

We are the proud owners of one the homes that Willow Creek built in East York. When we started house hunting in May 2014, we looked at more than 50 houses and a significant number were rebuilds or renos in Toronto urban areas. I'm not in the industry, but from the moment we saw the house that Paul had built, the quality of the build and attention to detail on the finishings stood out amongst just about everything we had seen in our price range. We loved it at first sight. The design and finishings were so perfect and aligned to what we were looking for, we had originally contemplated approaching Willow Creek to renovate our current home from top to bottom, second story addition etc, but ultimately it was something we would be too unfamiliar with and we wanted to be in a house by the Fall, which would not have happened - so we ended up buying the original house we had seen. We couldn't be happier, and even after the "newness" has worn off, we still get that amazing feeling when we walk in our front door. We've had the chance to work with Willow Creek directly before and after the purchase of the home, and I would highly recommend them for all aspects - quality, friendliness, and integrity.
