I hired Silvana to help me transform an old ranch home in dire need of a complete remodel both inside and out. We came up with a plan together and with the 3d imaging I was able to see the finished layout. My husband and I wanted to add a couple of additions to our existing home. We wanted to extend the front entrance with a covered porch. We also wanted to build a large master bedroom addition on the back with a walk-in closet and laundry room. We had a couple of ideas but did not know where to start or if what we were thinking was even right for our home. Silvana provided so much more than we could have ever hoped! Its amazing how she has an incredible feel for our personal styles and she knows what will work best in every space. She brings such wonderful ideas to the table to create such beautiful spaces. I never imagined our home could look this amazing before. Her 3D renderings are essential because they will help you to get a feel for everything beforehand. It gives you such piece of mind when you can confirm it and see it all together first. Without Silvana's help and hard work I don't think we would be getting the dream home we are now going to have. She brought it all together so beautifully. It just looks so natural like its our house the way it should have been built originally. In addition, Silvana is such an absolute delight to work with! I hired Home Design Consulting to create a plan for my basement remodel. Silvana came in, listened to my ideas, and designed the exact layout that I had in mind. She was nothing but professional from the time of the initial phone call, through the design phase, and changes made to accomodate my wifes additional ideas. the process was easy and quick.

We bought our parents home this summer built in 1978 and wanted to do a lot of changes. Silvana was able to understand what we were looking for and worked in our budget 3D photos and floor plans of exactly what we need has helped us save so much time and effort. I would highly recommend doing this before you start getting quotes from contractors so you can compare them better. Very very pleased with her work and will certainly use her again!

Silvana came to meet with my now husband and myself. She took measurements and listened as we talked through our vision. Our house is an adorable 3 bd / 1 ba ranch. We'd talked about how we could make the best use of our existing space by finishing the basement and possibly opening up the kitchen, dining, and living rooms. The renderings Silvana put together for us were perfect. We just got married and will be putting money aside. As soon as we have the means to bring the vision to life, we will be calling her back!

We worked with Silvana in designing the layout of our house for our upcoming renovation and addition. She was very knowledgeable about both home design and building restrictions, and she took the initiative to come up with innovative configuration ideas for us that we would have never thought of, such as moving our laundry into a new, more accessible space and laying out the rooms related to the master suite. She was very helpful in helping us envision the new spaces, designing it so that it will be balanced and flow with our existing home. Her 3D renderings were extremely useful in seeing what the proposed addition will look like. Finally, she delivered the layout design on time and on budget.

We hired Home Design Consulting to help us see the potential of renovating our current, too small home. Silvana is great to work with and listened to all of our ideas. She took all of these ideas and was able to incorporate them into various 3D renderings. It was extremely helpful to see all the real images of what we had been talking about. We are now much more decisive in knowing what we want in our renovation and feel more confident as we move to the next phase.
