I.D. Exclusive

Worked with Wilson from ID Exclusive for my first home - 5 Room HDB at Punggol. At our first meet up at his office, he went through our floor layout and got a sense of our Budget and preferred styles and designs - we have downloaded some pictures of ideas from the internet so that helped. He was knowledgeable on design, materials and was practical in his concepts. From there, there were a couple of iterations on the design and he was extremely patient throughout, even when we asked really basic questions or were undecided. This was not surprising, as he has helped my family with our previous 2 units and the service was consistent throughout. Wilson was transparent and honest with the pricing, and gave clearly itemised quotations. In some instances where we felt it was more expensive than other IDs, after going into the details it was often due to different specifications (eg larger size, different materials, etc). Where we wanted a certain look in various parts of the home, Wilson put in effort to design the carpentry work and we were satisfied with the end-design and workmanship quality. Carpentry work (which we had quite a lot) was top notch as well. From first meet up to hand over took about 4months including CNY period and lots of carpentry work. Also, the 3D Drawings, that Wilson rendered at the start, were pretty realistic and we were quite impressed with the final outcome. It was easy to contact Wilson for anything, and he was flexible with meeting times and even helped us coordinate some furniture/appliance delivery when we couldn’t make it. We will highly recommend ID Exclusive to our friends and relatives for the honest, high quality and great design + execution.

6 years ago when we received our keys to our new 5 room flat, we met with a few designers. ID Exclusive gave us the most creative design. Their personable interaction impressed us. For instance, Sharon made the effort to get to know my son to have a feel for what design would suit him for his room. Wilson's onsite experience and feedback was very helpful. They were honest with their recommendations and gave us very practical advice on what would suit us best. They were patient in explaining their ideas. Responsive, reliable and responsible interior design company. Able to understand and cater to all my requests. Most importantly after sales service is excellent. Tiling, painting and carpentry work is excellent, love the worksmanship. Problems that we encountered along the way were addressed promptly. I can entrust my house to ID Exclusive without worry and will definitely recommend this company.
