I really appreciated Kynn's point of view, patience and flexibility in adapting to my requirements whilst also sharing what he thinks is best. He is a good listener and "gets" it when I try to describe what I wanted. I left it entirely to him to manage the project without much supervision as I live out of the country and he delivered as promised and on time. Overall, visitors to my new apartment are all praises and I am very happy with the result - I would certainly recommend working with Norm designhaus.
