Pomegranate Design's Leila Esfahani is incredible! We described the feeling/look we were going for and she came up with an amazing plan for our downtown Vancouver condo renovation. She made 1212 sf feel like 1500 and more. She created an amazing master bedroom ensuite that feels like a high end room at the one of the world's finest hotels. It's what we asked for and she made it happen. Our living space is amazing. Open, sophisticated and yet very comfortable. Floating cabinetry and wall features combined with our natural light make it an exceptional area. Our contractor Future Living was impressed with how accurate the written plans were and they provided an excellent blue print for the build. Leila turned the plans around in a week and was there every step of the way for design consultation. What a talent! We have had so many friends and family and real estate professionals comment on our design and are now being considered for an article in a housing and design magazine. Thanks Leila! I know Leila as a product rep for XL Flooring, I visit her with samples of our luxury vinyl plank. She is such a lovely person, very soft spoken and so kind. ( Last year she had Christmas chocolates for me!) I know she has an extremely creative mind. Our first project together involved Leila choosing from planks so new that we only had paper mock ups. I hired this company to refurbish a condo situated in an historical building. The results more than exceeded my expectations. In particular, the kitchen and bathroom were freshened up with a remarkable airiness. Materials were sourced locally, and this company stayed within budget. I am a returned customer. After having my 80's condo remodelled in 2008, I returned again as a customer in 2011 this time for my small office. Safe to say I like modern interior design and Leila delivers perfectly. No fuss. My condo needed much work in the bathrooms and the kitchen in addition to flooring and paint job colour pallet. She worked with my budget and helped make choices in regards to material selection. The end results proved that designer money was well worth it. For my office in down town Vancouver she recommended a highly sought after cabinet maker in North Vancouver who turned out to be more meticulous and detailed than I ever imagined. Perfection was name of the game.

Leila is patient, caring and on top of all creative. She is so humble although she is so knowledgable. She is always open to new ideas, she works very well in a team and as a designer she takes all the involved people and their ideas into account. Being an experienced designer does not stop her from looking for more information and new methods; thus coming up with new and creative designs each time. Leila is also very disciplined as well as detail-oriented. I really enjoyed my time working with her.

We worked with Pomegranate Design on the development of our multi-unit, high-end, contemporary building in the Oakridge neighbourhood of Vancouver. Leila was the interior designer for over 50 one and two bedroom units and townhomes. The project took several years. Throughout the project, Leila was extremely professional and responsive. Her design was excellent and a driver of the project's success. Leila's design drawings were very detailed and her support of the construction team was exceptional. We would gladly work with Pomegranate Design again.

I was the Project Manager that worked with Leila at the Aria project that she worked on as the Interior Designer for the residential units. Leila was very easy to work with and provided very clear drawings/direction. Great attitude and was willing to help stay on budget when needed.

She has done 3 works for us and I fully recommend her, the jobs she has carried out were: 1) renovation of our house in 2007 great job in shaugnessy, she brought modern living into an old house, amazing work. 2) Renovation of live and work unit in South Granvile 2010 3) Complete renovation of a workshop in Gambier Island and converting it to a coach house, she is master of transformation, nobody believe that area was an old workshop.2015
