WARNING -do not buy this product. It peels after 8 months and not covered under warranty. Customer service was not helpful, they kept saying “peeling is not covered, there’s nothing we can do for you”. Very unfortunate, I will never shop here again!

Living Spaces is one of the worst companies I have ever tried to buy anything from. I ordered a six-piece sofa from them a few months back. After two months of wait and nearly half a dozen confirmations of the delivery date and time, I cleared up my calendar and emptied out my living room for the delivery of the new sofa. They call a couple of hours before the delivery window that they don't actually have one of the chairs of the sofa in stock, and don't know an exact date when it will be - likely in a few weeks. Oh well. We are disappointed and highly inconvenienced, but decide we will wait a few weeks for the whole set to become available again.
And then it gets worse from there. A delivery crew arrives on the originally scheduled day with one of the six sofa pieces. Needless to say, that one piece is not usable on its own. We tell them we want all six pieces together. They say no problem and take back that one piece.
A few days later, I get an email confirming that everything is now in stock. I call to schedule delivery. A rep named 'Ivan' schedules all six pieces to be delivered a few days later. I double-check with Ivan - item by item - that all six are all in stock and will be delivered. Yippee. Ivan just hangs up mid-way through our conversation, but all else seems good. Given their track record, I call them again to just verify the info with another rep. This other rep now tells me they have actually canceled my order for one of the pieces (the one they brought on the original delivery day), since it was 'returned'. Worse, they have deducted 10% of what I paid. Then the rep proceeds to hang up on me as I am asking questions to help me digest this info. All this while, no sincere apologies, no offers to make things right, and forget about anything to offset the massive inconvenience and waste of my time this has caused us so far.
I usually ignore one-off bad experiences with a company, as everyone messes up once in a while. But given that there were so many touchpoints with Living Spaces with rude reps, unhelpful/incorrect info, callousness, delays, and outright errors across the board, I think this company is a massive mess. Poor customer service is institutionalized here. Reps tell you lies, incorrect info and hang up on you - consistently.
I wish I had taken the other reviews seriously before ordering.

Like I said, COMPANY Service NOT Customer Service. Due to a work assignment I was unable to leave work in time to make it home before the scheduled delivery window which began at 1pm. I am a government contractor, and unforeseen circumstances prevented me from leaving the work area on this particular day until a condition could be cleared. Circumstances beyond my control. I called Living Spaces as soon as I was able to let them know and was told that their delivery people were not required to wait, and that they probably would not wait, and that I would either be charged a re-delivery fee if I wanted them to come out and re-deliver or a restocking fee if I wanted to return the item. I asked if they could please contact the driver and ask them to wait for a short time, and that I was on my way and I was trying to get there as fast as I could. I was told that under no circumstances would they wait for me to arrive, and that I had signed a contractual obligation when I PAID THEM for the couch AND the delivery, that required me to be at my residence between the hours of 1pm and 4pm on 8/16/2018. I arrived at my residence at exactly 1:21pm, and they had already left at 1:18pm, I'm pretty sure I saw their truck leaving at the stop light by my driveway. The customer service rep AND her manager were extremely condescending when they told me that I had violated the delivery contract and so there was nothing more they could do for me at this point except collect either a re-delivery fee or a restocking fee. I made every effort to communicate with them and to arrive home in time, I used my own leave from work to be there, and they are essentially telling me "sorry about your luck, we don't really care, and we are going to charge you $220 for a piece of furniture we ATTEMPTED to deliver to you." I don't believe waiting for an extra 6 minutes past their required 15 minutes would have caused them to exceed their 3 hour delivery window with ANY of their remaining deliveries, which is the excuse I was given as to why they refused to wait. I feel like they were intentionally trying to be difficult and unhelpful to me while making sure that NO company policies were violated in any way. They made sure I knew that I was talking to corporate and that there was absolutely no one else at Living Spaces who knew or cared about my situation. I had filed this complaint, in part, hoping that Living Spaces would do something about their customer service and their inflexible company policies so this doesn't happen to anyone else. However, it appears that they stand by their pathetic attempts at customer service. I have filed a BBB complaint and they are refusing to refund my money in full. I personally will NEVER purchase anything from Living spaces again and since they are charging me a $99 delivery fee and a $120 "restocking fee" (whatever that means) I will make sure that the loss of my business and the business of everyone I know will have a much more financially significant impact on Living Spaces than their fees do on me. Living spaces is one of THOUSANDS of furniture stores, there is NOTHING special or unique about them that I can't get anywhere else. I hope they enjoy the $220 they stole from me, I hope it is worth that $220 to lose thousands of dollars in business. FYI it isn't. These inflexible company policies and poor customer service management and employees is why thousands of retail companies go out of business every year.

I ordered an item almost three months ago now and still have not received the item or a refund. On two separate occasions delivery through their third party delivery service was cancelled the day before delivery due to "product condition." After waiting over two months and being out $1200 I decided I wanted to be done with this company and requested a refund. They will not give me my money back.
So far I have called five times to customer service who routinely lies, stating that they will have a manager reach out to you. This of course does not happen. I was finally told that they would wait for the items to be shipped back across the country and restocked before they would give me a refund. In effect they were holding my money hostage until they could resolve a problem with their shipping service!
Terrible company, poor communication, poor customer service, dishonesty. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH LIVING SPACES

I love living spaces! I recently bought a new couch, dressor, chair, and night tables and I'm obsessed with all of the pieces I received. I did have some issues with delivery, but everyone in customer service was very helpful and accommodating and eventually everything was resolved. If you're looking for good furniture at a fair price, they really have everything and I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

Living Spaces is not legit...They don't perform as guaranteed or resolve issues that they create! Be careful and stay away, there are much better retailers for Home Furnishings!

I wish I had read the reviews before buying. Do not ever deal with this company. The furniture looks good on the surface but once they deliver you will see it is poor quality, they refuse to deal with faults or allow you to show what issues are, charge fees when dangerous goods are returned and customer service is powerless to do anything.

Living Spaces delivered a couch where the screw that held the leg on was stripped and bent. But the delivery guys said it was ok. Well, it was not and it tipped over the first time we sat on it. We called them and they scheduled a repair technician to come out the next week. Well, today the maintenance technician was supposed to be at our house at 10:15a so I took the morning off of work. At 2:00p they had not shown up or called so I called them. The rep on the phone said that they had computer problems and all of the technician's appointments were cancelled by their computer system so they did not even show us as an appointment today, nor could they have even called us. I asked to speak to a manager and she said no manager was available to speak to me. She said she could have a technician come out on Sunday to fix it but she could not give me any window of time on Sunday when they would actually show up. This company is terrible...from their products, to their delivery guys, to their reps, to their computer systems.....all just terrible.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! They delivered my furniture a week late and only HALF of my table arrived. The table top and 2 chairs didn't even arrive until weeks later! Just terrible!

Had completely horrible experience. Ordered a few items (order # SO-2526709), on the day of delivery I was told that one of the items is backordered and will be delivered later. I agreed to it and received rest of the order. The backordered item was one of the 2 cocktail tables that goes together.
Next week, I got a call for the delivery for the pending cocktail table and 6pm to 11:59pm slot was booked for delivery. But when the item was delivered, it was the wrong one (not the one I ordered), so I refused the delivery. So I waited for couple of hours for nothing.
Next day, I called customer service and notified of the issue. They said that another delivery will be scheduled. I got another call a few days after and another delivery window was scheduled (between 6pm to 11:59pm). The item arrived around 00:20 in the morning, but it was again the wrong item, which I refused again.
Finally, living spaces decided to cancel the 2nd item, the cocktail table, (without asking me) and said that money will be refunded. When I mentioned that the 1st cocktail table that was delivered to me is part of the set and I wouldn't need it without it, they first refused the return with reason that it was outside of the 7 days delivery period. I argued that I totally intended to keep this one, but had to return only because the 2nd cocktail table has not be delivered and has now been canceled. Finally, they did agree for the return but asked me to pay 10% restocking fee, which I think it completely ridiculous since it is their fault. Instead of offering any apology for the 2 wrong deliveries and making me wait for hours in the night, I am being asked to bear the cost.

Worst Customer Service EVER
I bought a couch on July 27th and special ordered the 2 pillows that was coming with it. They told me when I bought it that it would take between 2 and 3 weeks to received everything at their warehouse and then 24 hours to get it at my house. They were first supposed to received it on August 6th, then, between August 15 and August 22. When I called on the 22nd they could not found it and told me they would be emailing the vendor. It took almost 24 hours for someone to call me back to inform me that the vendor have still not send the couch out and don't know yet when it will happen. It could take days maybe weeks. Someone at customer service on August 22nd inform me it can sometime take between 4 and 8 weeks for them to received the order.
I called back on the 25th, more then 72hours after my first request to the vendor and they have still NOT gave them an answer. I decided to canceled my order and I'm now wishing I would NEVER have lost my time with a company that DO NOT CARE about the service they gave or the clients they have.
I will NEVER buy from them again and would NEVER recommend that store to anyone. They do not deserved your money.

I loved my salesman Ricky and my couch is beautiful. Unfortunately, it was a floor model as/is purchase and the delivery drivers broke it and hurried out before I could even tip them. They knew they broke it because they had a hard time getting it through the door. I ah e called customer service multiple times and they keep saying I bought it as/is and there is nothing they can do. I have worked in customer service and I know that isn't true. Firstly, "as/is" means as it was when I purchased it. Secondly, if you care about customers there is always something you can do. They don't care. They say they will have a manager call you but they never call.
If you want to take a huge risk that they will deliver furniture without breaking it then this is the place to shop. If you don't want to spend nearly $2000 and get the run around from customer service then don't shop here EVER.
