Maas did a riverfront patio extension, converted a two car garage into a three car garage, and built two master bedroom suites and a den over the new three car garage. We are happy with it all. We feel Maas Construction is a very reputable company. We visited with several homeowners, who recommended Maas Construction. As we had never built a home before, it was enjoyable working with them. Since we lived in Nebraska while the majority of our house was being constructed, we relied on Co-Construct for updates, and appreciated that. As with any project, there were a few phases of construction, that required additional on-site approval. There were a few design flaws in the blueprints that weren't apparent until the construction was past that stage. Most of the sub-contractors we met with were very experienced and skilled.

This is the third home that Mass Construction has built for us. For the third time the home has exceeded our expectations.

The MAAS construction company (MAAS family) are not only great home builders they are great people. Not only do they build a great home they go above and beyond as relates to quality and customer service. They strive to satisfy the customer’s needs and pay particular attention to the quality and craftsmanship at every phase of the project. They are always available to address any issues or concerns the customer may have. They’re friendly, easy to work with, and are always available not only at the beginning of the project but also through entire process the project and months or even years after the completion. They stand behind and back their work (home they build) with not only a warranty but a willingness to fix, repair, or replace any defects, faulty work or defective appliances, etc. As matter of fact, I was so happy and satisfied with the home they built me 10 years ago I had them build me another home!

Maas Construction is simply the best builder in this area. Our recent build was done efficiently and with an emphasis on quality. I received several positive comments from neighbors during the framing stage about the quality of the lumber and the way the house was being constructed. Randy Maas is very patient and responsive when answering questions or dealing with changes. His suggestions were always useful and showed strong understanding of the many details involved in building a house. We also relied on Angela Maas to advise us on color choices and fixture selections. The Maas Construction team assisted us with the design and layout of our riverfront home and built our home in Bullhead City, AZ. Initially, we were going to purchase an existing home, but after touring and inspecting about 10 homes, we noticed that most had quality and/or craftsmanship shortcomings. Then, we decided to purchase a lot and research the area for a builder with a long-term reputation for honesty and quality home building to build our home. After careful research, we chose the Maas Team to build our home. As seniors from SoCal, we have previously owned several homes that all had quality or craftsmanship issues. We purchased a new Mass home in Bullhead, Arizona four months ago. We have been looking for over a year and found this home perfect to our needs. I would recommend Maas Construction. Randy listened, ask questions, and was extremely helpful with our plans. He had great ideas and was very helpful in the direction we thought we wanted to go. Due to no fault of Randy or Maas Construction, we decided not to build at this time. When I am ready to build my home, I WILL hire Maas Construction.

Mass team was very attentive and supportive to questions and any additional items we wanted to add outside of the original plan. They responded to emails and phone calls in a very timely manner. We enjoyed working with them and the finished product is wonderful.

Since the home is a custom build Maas construction had the ability to assist me from concept to design complete through construction... I was kept up to date on the daily / weekly progress through office meetings phone conversations and complete reports detailed on there web page ... They build a home to satisfy there customer and as I feel would be proud to live in themselves... When i was making a decision on which home builder I was going to choose I mentioned using them to city inspectors in Bullhead at city hall they said " good choice " 100% honest and true ... The house was completed on schedule and time ... I am going to have a second home built by them...

Being a single woman and taking on a project of building a home, I knew from the first meeting with Randy and Angela at Maas Construction that they were the ones that I wanted to be part of building my dream home. An important added value for me was that because I live in California and not able to come out that often, I could follow the progress from their website that allowed me access of the building progress by each stage of construction. Especially helpful is their Online Project Management, a state-of-the-art communication system allowing clients access to a website for interplay with a General Contractor who invites us into the construction process. Maas Construction did an awesome job building our dream home. They were able to envision some of the unusual characteristics that we wanted in the construction inside and outside. I appreciate the fact that this is a family owned business and each member was on board with their own unique gift that they brought to the table during construction with suggestions, samples of building materials, color schemes, and so much more. The subs that were involved were very professional and all seemed to flow smoothly. We felt that everyone in the company was very accessible when we wanted to make changes or had any questions during the building process. A huge plus is the program on their website that allows access to all aspects of the building process and costs. We were so impressed and pleased with the "Moss Team" that we hired them to build two additional homes for us in our development for resale. We will definitely hire them in the future and we recommend their quality of work as well as their sincere desire to create that special home.

I met Maas Construction during the building of my boss, Chuck’s home on the Colorado River. Chuck said he had always wanted to build a house and after we came up with a starting floor plan, went to the Bullhead City area and interviewed contractors. I have a good background in construction and Chuck is a machinist/business owner. So after we talked to those contractors, Maas Constructions stood out strong!! They took our starting floorplan and developed it into a set of working drawing and gave us a bid price. Their price included everything, there were no adds. Their price was very reasonable and Chuck hired them. As we live in and work in CA there was also a lot of trust involved in this project. But Maas built a beautiful, very well built home for Chuck. They did exactly as they said. The 2x6 outer frame of the house was done with 2x6. They didn’t cut corners and stood behind everything they said they would do. They had good suggestions for him and he was very pleased. I was very surprised by their process and their product. I have dealt with many contractors and was prepared for some real issues, not once did anything come up. The personal at Maas Constructions is wonderful to work with. We both enjoyed the project. When it came time to pick colors and styles, the personal was there with many choices for Chuck to choose from. Randy and Mike, the constructions side are wonderful people to work with! They also sent us continual progress pictures of the house as it was being built. We saw everything they did from ground up to finished home. There were no unpaid bills by them from subcontractors or suppliers. The house cost did not exceed the bid price from Maas Construction. They are strong people with a great work ethic, they do what they say they will do without any surprises. The home is beautiful and the family enjoys the home and the many beautiful aspects of it. We were very pleased to have Randy Maas, build our vacation home. We brought him the plans, and he delivered just what we wanted, even made some improvements to the original design. He was very hands on , through the whole project. He only used experienced sub-contractors that were knowledgeable, and reliable. Randy took us to all the suppliers we were dealing with and gave us suggestions on choosing good quality for affordable prices. I have a beautiful home, that is southwest style, we couldn't be more pleased with our contractor. He delivered what we asked for and more. We would use him again anytime.

Randy was very professional. He made the construction process easy and stress free. I specially liked the pics during the construction stages. I lived in California and it was hard for me to travel to AZ often. Those pics made it convenient to check the status of the build. Great communicator. He communicated with me the entire build process. I have had horrible experiences with contractors in the past. Randy was an exception. He was great....

The Contract is to construct a RV Garage and Shop, approximately 3000 sq. ft. For a variety of conditions, the construction was challanging. The Sub-Contractors were very professional and efficient. The financial accounting was clear and timely. And most important, the job was constantly supervised by the Primary Contractor.

This company built a stand alone three car boat deep garage for us. It was completed to our specifications and we were completely satisfied. They were able to accommodate the changes we made to the plans along the way. We live in California and the garage was built in Arizona, so they kept us informed and sent pictures of their progress on a regular basis. We would use them again if the need ever arises.

We have bought two different homes from Maas Construction. Both transactions have been smooth with no problems or surprises. The quality of their homes is not surpassed by anyone. I would highly recommend this family owned business to anyone who is considering building a home.
