Rochele Painting

All of the people I came in contact with have been very easy to deal with and talk to. Unfortunately this is where the positives end. My painting job has only just been completed 3 months after they started. The initial paint job was finished within 10 days but the quality control was absent. Whole parts of the house were not painted at all, some had inadequate coats, prepping of the timber was inadequate and in one case resulted in further rot of the timber. There have been a number of things in my house that have been damaged by the painters and these have yet to be fixed despite assurances that they will be fixed. The painters had to return 3 times to ensure a passable result and each time they returned it was preceded by a lengthy delay (at least a month) and required me to chase them up. I dislike leaving negative reviews but I really can't recommend Rochele.

Just had Marcus and Harvey back at Oppidan Apts. I wait till they are available for my work. Absolute first class attention to detail, terrific onsite communication and clear advice on managing our decoration schedules.

Excellent service from the initial email contact, to arranging the quote. The price is comparable with other companies What stood out for me though was efficiency, the leadership of the onsite foreman and leading hand. No mucking around just did the job

Rochele painting completely transformed our house with a full exterior repaint. The team was amazing, They worked with us to confirm all of our colour choices, they accommodated our changes and additional work we requested. On top of all of that they did a quality job fast!

Rochele Painting were amazing when painting our townhouse - from the speedy time of receiving the quote (same day as the Estimator attended!), to starting the job within my timeframe right through till the end. I wasn't in the country when my house was painted but felt very comfortable with the painters being there alone. I was sent progress reports along the way which was also amazing! Highly recommend!!

Rochele painted my unit in Taringa in April 2017. One year on and the paint is peeling. They have come and fixed some of the peeling but it is now peeling in multiple locations throughout my unit. The supervisor responsible for the job was nice and fixed my initial issues. Rochele's admin staff were also great but the painter they had do the job did a very bad job. He did not care about quality. Initially there was hair in the paint on the wall, the walls were painted unevenly and there was paint on surfaces that initially I did not intend to paint. Given the price I paid to have my whole unit painted, I cannot recommend them as you do not know if you are going to get a good or bad painter. I would not expect paint to peel after only 12 months.

I enjoyed the experience from the initial call out and suggestions regarding the colours for the house fence and the exterior walls. I couldn't fault them and they were quite efficient on the day.

Yesterday I wrote a very negative review for Rochele Painting and as of yesterday the job was indeed not going well. But there seems to have been some issues between the subcontracted painters and head office which are now getting resolved. Had a great chat with the painters today and honestly they can't seem to do enough for me! Really happy!!! Looking forward to being able to give them 5 stars if everything turns out as promised. This is more like it and I will be really impressed if through friendly negotiation a job that was seriously going pear-shaped can be redeemed! Watch this space.
