Roshan was our real estate agent and helped us find our home. She was wonderful in taking personal approach and being there for us throughout the whole process. She went far and beyond her services of a real estate agent by being present at various meetings with other parties and being there for us even after we closed on the house (we even got a housewarming present!). Roshan is continuing to be extremely helpful even after we closed on the house. She did a research for the value of my condominium and even came by to look at it and to recommend the necessary upgrades. I know that she'll be there when we need her.

Roshan Carter helps us purchase two apartments last year and 3 rental properties in the last decade. All purchases were in McLean VA or Reston VA. She was extra-ordinary knowledgeable and thorough in her work. She was detailed oriented and knew a great deal about the properties as well as our preferences. On several occasions she advised us not to buy and wait. On other occasions she advised us to raise the price we were offering. All in all, someone you want to have on your team as you decide on what to buy and when. The last two properties we purchased where through self directed IRA and she was well versed in the regulation of these investments. Few agents know how to use self-directed IRA funds to set up an annuity through rent income -- she was the exception. I recommend her to you and we will be using her again and again as we think through our rental investments.

Roshan helped us buy a new house and also find tenants for our townhouse. Throughout the process, she was always available for our questions and concerns. I trust her honesty and knowledge 200%, so that made our job much easier. She didn't rush us to buy a house, but she made sure we are comfortable with the decision we are making. That paid off! We love our new house. Her support didn't stop there! after we bought the house, she helped us find great contractors for our small renovation projects.
