As a General Contractor it has been great working with Anthony on plans for projects as he has built homes and helps to integrate "real" world building but still achieving great design. We worked with Anthony at Sageland Designs. He gave us a link to his website so we could view plan ideas and have a better idea of what we wanted. Anthony then listened to changes we wanted and offered suggestions to make the plan work better for our lot. We couldn't believe how helpful and how quickly he was able to give us exactly what we need and want. We hop to start building in Spring of 2018.

Anthony is a great guy to use. He listens to what you want and then designs it. He is very easy going and relaxed. His price is very reasonable.. i would use him again.

Anthony exceeded my expectations for executing our house design. He was very easy to work with when we requested changes and met his deliverable timeframes. Sageland Design is not an architectural firm and relies heavily on the customer vision to develop the drawings. The pricing is a good value for getting your design onto paper as part of the construction process.

Sageland Design did an excellent design on our project of a new home. He listened to all the ideas we had and put them all into the house plans. One of the best points was the speed that the design was ready for out approval and changes were made to input. We felt the cost of the design was comparable or lower than others we had researched. I think we only had to meet two or three times for the completion. It made our building of a new home less stressful on the first step. We started in March with the design and as of today, we have a week or two for completion.

Easy to work with and very knowledgeable! Have completed multiple plans from commercial to residential building plans and is very cost effective.
