We live in Riverside, CT and wanted to modernize our 1913 Shoreline Colonial. We used Tanner and could not be more thrilled with the results. He took out vision and improved on it. We are thrilled with the results!

We hired Tanner and the team based on glowing recommendations and his body of work. Our vision of a beach modern home with specific touches that we envisioned for our lifestyle and tastes was brought to life through conversation and visualization at their office. Tanner took a home from 1890 and completely modernized it, while maintaining many aspects of the original front portion of the structure. The interior was innovative with the layout and great space efficiency, there isn't wasted space in the entire home. In addition, he helped us work through the town's variance process to maintain our setbacks which are non-conforming. He spoke on our behalf and it was approved with one hearing. I've hired Tanner on another project already.

Tanner is hands down the best architect. He worked with us straight after our house fire and designed the best home imaginable. We kept our foundation and Tanner was still able to add an extra bathroom and bedroom for us when everyone else thought that wasn't possible. Tanner is patient, knowledgeable and so invested in our home, he has made our dream a reality.
