I'm always impressed by their high quality. The ability to do customization's up to my standard makes working with Vanguard a real pleasure.

This review is not specifically about the quality of the furniture, but rather the service at the Vanguard Outlet Store in Hickory. I was promised a 10 week delivery which turned into 4 months. The salesperson (Doug Penn) never communicated with me and I had to constantly call and ask about the delivery date. Finally the delivery company picked it up and was "storing" it because he had not told them I needed it delivered individually (all the other furniture from other stores had come in weeks ago). I had to pay a storage fee and my furniture would still be at the delivery company if I had not personally reached out and tracked it down.

We recently brought in Vanguard as one of our high end furniture lines. I had the opportunity to visit the factory and showroom in May 2015 and couldn't have been more impressed! The quality and attention to detail is why our customers are very satisfied with their furnishings. They offer beautiful fabrics and can customize to our specifications. Thank you!
