“Wow! Stratos Form not only met our expectations but greatly exceeded them! I can not say enough about Carol and the positive role she played in our entire project. She not only was brilliant in the concept and design of our home, but she was always professional and gave us perfect advise through the entire Design Review process with the City of Laguna Beach (always a tough one). Our architectural plans were beyond thorough, our builder said he had never seen such detailed drawings. “My project for this firm was to update and modernize a 1950's tiny (750 sq. ft.) bungalow that I bought in anticipation of retirement and downsizing. It had not been remodeled since it was built, and, while solid, needed lots of work. I wanted a more open feel (but without moving a lot of walls, to keep costs down), a larger bathroom, and lots of built in storage. This was a complete remodel--all new everything (including plumbing and wiring), so I knew the basics alone would not be cheap. LeMaster Architects helped me with all phases of this project, from generating ideas to a very well thought out final plan to materials selection. While they had lots of very good ideas of their own they were also completely willing to listen to mine, and incorporate them where feasible. They met all deadlines, were available whenever I had questions, and my contractor told me they were the best architects he had ever worked with. I have been living in the house for 5 years now and I have yet to find anything I wish I had done differently. And I know this is because I had such a great contractor, and such great architects.”

“Scott provided exactly what i was looking for in a contractor . He , first of all listened , too both me and my contractor , as to what we thought we wanted . He then provided his own thoughts to the project , went away and came back with a price for the job . After a brief discussion on other recommendations we signed a contract . He then did what he does best . The drawings came in on schedule and after a few , minor changes , came back with the final drawings which were submitted for engineering approval . Permits were obtained without a glitch . I , and my contractor , are very pleased with the final result . I now have a patio that is quite worthy of the oohs and aahs of both neighbors and friends . I would highly recommend Scott as a professional and his abilities as an architect .”
