“Villamar took over the design and project management of our home in early 2017 after we had difficulties finalizing the design and project cost with another firm. Villamar provided an accurate and transparent cost estimate which they followed through on. Specifically, Duane Ensing worked through the design details with us, enlisting the interior design services, where appropriate, of Lisa Dunsmuir (OneStep Design). We were happy with the design process and the effective problem-solving approach used. The site superintendent for the actual construction project was Drew Mackie.
