“May Sung is a very talented architect with a very realistic approach and a keen eye for detail. She is a humble individual with Ivy League credentials. May graduated from Harvard ..... which she will never brags about; so I will..... She has a fantastic sense of humor but takes her work very seriously . May will not compromise on delivery and demands the best from every one on the project. That is probably the best part of her accomplishments. She delivers a great product. Any one who has had the pleasure to work with her knows this about her. I would not hesitate hiring SUBU; you won't be disappointed if you do. May is a gem. She was very instrumental in making our project a huge success. Their work is an extension of who they are and in the end they became a part of us. At the beginning of the project all the way through, they treated us like we are family and listened to our needs. I feel lucky to have had the experience of working with their ethos and in being part of a team creating a beautiful home. In the end I do consider them family and admire their abilities . “My husband and I own a four unit apartment building in the Beverlywood area of Los Angeles that was constructed in the '40's. It was originally one of the "Co-op Style" buildings similar to the condos of today. Due to extenuating circumstances, it has been extremely difficult to update the building. HHDesign, with confidence and poise came to our rescue. Their professionalism and architectural expertise have turned a nightmare into a sweet dream. We were so impressed with their portfolio which is largely high-end and contemporary. This could have possibly been a stumbling block, however; you can imagine how pleased we were when, at their suggestion, they maintained the integrity of the building and style of the neighborhood. Even better yet, while honoring our budgetary constraints, they managed to give the building and grounds an incredibly needed facelift and artfully pulled the exterior facade into the 21st Century. We have had numerous complements from neighbors and friends and now have pride of ownership thanks to the tireless efforts and extraordinary service afforded by HHDesign. “Lisa Little worked wonders in our smallish Venice space. We had complicated needs and she found elegant solutions within a tight budget. We redid a kitchen from the walls out, extended it a bit, added a bar, added in a huge walk-in closet and staircase in the master bedroom, and reconfigured a guest loft. The latter involved enclosing a half-wall for privacy via rotating shutters that Lisa dreamed up and designed. The shutters rotate open when the loft is not in use and closed when we have company up there. This was a brilliant idea, brilliantly executed at not much cost. Lisa helped with fixture choice, color choice, and furniture choice, and worked closely with the general contractor and his subs. She exhibited great taste, a firm hand, and a keen eye on the budget. Recommended without reservation.”

“Roger Perron's work is topnotch. The finest quality design and construction! His sub-contractors are also excellent. Very polite and personable, too. Roger's company did a $100,000.+ re-design of our kitchen/ family room. We now have a magnificent Great Room -- with a top-of-the-line kitchen, as well. “I'm scrolling thru Houzz and find pictures of our Bungalow that we own in La Quinta, California. It was designed by Sennikoff architects. We love this Bungalow it's beautifully done, we fell in love with the design of the home the first time we looked at it. It's magical inside of the home and outside of the home. Our family has grown and their visits are more frequent, we are in the process of building a new home in the same neighborhood, I so wish I had found Sennikoff Architects before we had started with someone else but I have a lot of his ideas saved which I am planning on using in the new home design.”
