“We bought an home that had been built in the 1950's in Tampa, Florida. It had been added to by previous owners and was a stylistic mess. It was very run down too. I hired the Architect Bradley Smith to renovate the home. He did an amazing job in sprucing it up and making it look more cohesive. The exterior was beautiful after he was finished renovating it. He was very careful about details too. He has wonderful taste. He was easy to work with and we worked well together. He stayed within the budget limits and was very professional. I highly reccomend him.”

“This is a nice family business. Everyone we met was super sweet and Quality Homes are beautifully made and very very sturdy. We didn't hire them due to the rising cost to build in FL (too much for us) however Quality Homes had competitive pricing compared with the other custom builders SO if you are able to afford to build new avoid the mass produced "brands" and go with a local like Quality who builds with integrity. This one is a great business to check out.”

“Halfway through a bathroom remodel and could not be happier. Mike gave a schedule before starting and has hit the mark every time. Everyone who has come through the door is very professional and doing a great job. We are about 70% complete. I'll give an update and picture (before and after?) when the job is complete.
