“We are in the process of renovating our house and are extremely happy with the service that Luke and Mukesh have provided. We have a 1920's Californian Bungalow and are re-designing the downstairs and adding a modern 2nd-storey to the back part of the house. They have always been willing to listen to our suggestions and incorporated it into the design or came up with other ideas that we preferred! They are always quick to answer any questions we have and so easy to reach via phone or email. They are also willing to communicate with our builder and interior designer to get the best result for us. “I engaged the services of Anna from Studio Urbo to assist us with renovation of our townhouse: two bathrooms, kitchen, study, and lounge room. Anna was professional, prompt and creative. She exceeded our expectations. She not only created new layouts, helped choosing modern materials, finishes, colours, and fitouts but also designed a kitchen that became more spacious than the original one and created more privacy in our lounge room – a result we thought was impossible without moving walls and breaking our budget. “We engaged Margaret Skilbeck to help us with a major renovation and extension of our family home in Warrawee. Architelle was recommended by a local builder who gave us the names of a few architects that work in the Area. He told me Margeret Skilbeck was conversant with Kuringai council regulations and her turnaround time in submitting work was also good. We were very happy with the design and final result. One of the best things we did was engage Margeret to supervise the building project which included weekly site meetings. it took away a lot of the stress involved in building work. She gave us very good advise along the way and helped in choosing materials and fittings. She was professional, capable, efficient and very pleasant and we have no hesitation in recommending Her. She was able to work well with the builders & coordinate the other professionals. Her fees were reasonable and good value.”
