“My wife and I recently had the opportunity to add an outdoor living area to our house of 19 years. On the recommendation from a friend in the building trades, we hired Bryant Boyd to design and provide build to spec drawings. He and his staff were very easy to work with throughout the entire process. When it came time to solicit bids, we included Bryant Boyd along with two other well known and highly recommended builders. He was the only one who arrived with every one of the associated building trades and he was the lowest bidder. AND not only was everything completed ahead schedule but to my surprise, when all of the incremental billings came in, it was under cost. Throughout the construction process, Bryant and or the project supervisor came by each day (sometimes more than once a day) to make sure every process was running smoothly. The final product has been described as something out of a magazine and we owe it all to Bryant and his staff. A photo should be available on J. Bryant Boyd's web site and on his profile. We felt so strongly about the final results that we posted a sign on our front lawn and invited everyone to drop by on 7 Oct to see first hand the final product. If you would like to see the completed outdoor living area, you need only to arrange through a member of Mr. Boyd's staff; we would be more than happy to show off the results of Bryant's design and build team. I was recently contacted by someone considering retaining the services of Mr. Boyd. After giving my thoughts to the perspective client, I realized I had never taken the time to post a review.”

This allows me to give detailed and correct bids with very few allowance assumptions. “We hired Janet to help us design our home on Lake Travis. She was an absolute delight to work with throughout the entire process. I am one of those clients that has a very specific idea of what I want. And Janet is one of those designers that actually listens to what the client has in mind, and then helps them make it even better. She wan't creating her idea of our perfect home, she was helping us create our vision for our home. She was timely and professional, but also has a great sense of humor. Probbably the only negative thing anyone could say about her is that she is a work-a-holic...because she truly loves what she does! Would I hire her again? Absolutely! When a remodeling project recently came up she was the first person that I called. I would recommend her again and again.”
