“Alex replaced a porch and stairs on my 60s house. He explained what he needed to do, gave me a detailed estimate, began the job exactly when he said he would, and worked on it every day until it was completed. He takes justifiable pride in his his work, uses quality materials, follows the Building Code. He has great design ideas and produces a fine product built to last. His is by far the best carpentry my house has ever seen. He is pleasant and reliable. I feel fortunate to have taken my neighbor's recommendation, and pass on my own recommendation. Thanks, Alex. Using Mr Build Dunbar has made it easy for me in my work around our condo. I know that a phone call will get things done properly and promptly. Over our few years experience we are confident enough that we have just signed a contract for a roof replacement covering two buildings. “MXM did a great job on our kitchen, powder room, garage and laundry renovation in 30-year old house from 2021 to June 2022. The reno was started and finished on schedule and MXM team were Professional, flexible, accommodating and friendly. They were trustable to work with throughout because all work was completed on time as per agreement and in a professional way at a reasonable price. We have a complete kitchen renovation - took down everything and installed new sink, new electrical power line, dishwasher, hood and stove, refrigerator, shelves and many more including plumbing and electrical work. They also fixed many damaged dry walls throughout the house and installed new shelves. Some paint job and the customized shelf was done very nicely. The powder room and kitchen floor were replaced with new porceline tile and we are very happy with the result. I was initially asked them to do the kitchen reno only, then I saw mxm teams were well organized and worked excellent in timely manner, I just kept giving them more work. I can reach them in many ways by text, phone or email. So easy to communicate and time-saving for me while working a full time. Thanks for all the awesome job.”
